Crossman's was founded in 1982 by the late Gerald Crossman and his son Howard G. Crossman.

Howard took the business over in the late 1980's while also racing professionally.

In the 1990's, Howard's mother Freda Crossman came on board as CEO.

Throughout the 1980's until today, Caroline Lemire has been with the Crossman family, in the role of General Manager

In the early 1990's Howard solidified the accounting team by bringing Myrna Weninger on board. Myrna brings Crossman Graphic Supply a wealth of Accounting experience, and is a splendid foundation here at Crossman's.

In early 2004, Howard decided it was time to expand Crossman's family once more, with the expansion of the business into Information Technology. More and more support issues for the customers were related to their computer systems, rather than the plotters and printer machinery, so in the Spring of 2004, Howard added Derek Sanderson to the family, in charge of information technology, the Dell Partnerships, Mcafee and Microsoft Partnerships.

In May of 2005 Derek was promoted to Chief Information Officer.
